Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-22

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the DynoAgents platform operated by Dyno Therapeutics, Inc. (“Dyno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Description of Service

The platform runs long-lived software agents that act on the repositories, workspaces, and messaging channels an organization connects to it, together with a console for configuring those agents and reviewing what they have done.

2. Accounts and Organizations

Access requires an account, and all platform data belongs to the organization active on that account rather than to the individual. Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys, and for the membership of the organizations they administer.

3. Connected Accounts

Connecting a third-party account authorizes agents to act within the permissions granted by that connection. The scope granted is the customer’s choice and its own responsibility; Dyno does not broaden it. Actions an agent takes on a connected account are attributed to the installation the customer authorized.

4. Customer Content

Agents read and write source code, issues, pull requests, messages, and documents belonging to the customer. Customers retain ownership of that content. Dyno receives a limited license to process it in order to operate the platform, and retains all rights in the platform, software, and related technology.

5. Agent Actions and Outputs

Agents act without a human approving each step: they may create branches, commits, pull requests, comments, and messages on connected accounts. Customers are responsible for reviewing agent output before merging, releasing, or otherwise relying on it, and for the review and branch protections they configure on their own systems.

6. Acceptable Use

Agents may only be pointed at systems the customer is entitled to act on. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities.

7. Model Providers

Executing a run sends prompts and the content an agent has read to third-party model providers. Those providers process the content under their own terms in order to return a result.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Agent output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by Dyno.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dyno shall not be liable for indirect damages, or for engineering or operational outcomes resulting from use of the platform or from actions taken by agents on connected accounts.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
