Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-22

Dyno Therapeutics, Inc. (“Dyno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the DynoAgents platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when users access or use the Service.

1. Information Collected

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information such as name, email address, and organization membership
  • Run and activity records, including what an agent claimed, attempted, and produced
  • Content an agent reads or writes on connected accounts, such as source code, issues, pull requests, and messages
  • Credentials for connected accounts, held encrypted and used only to act on the customer's behalf

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used for the following purposes:

  • Operating the platform and executing agent runs
  • Showing an organization what its agents are doing and have done
  • Enforcing budgets, quotas, and tenant isolation
  • Improving system performance and maintaining security

3. Service Providers

Information may be processed by Dyno’s service providers that support operation of the platform, including cloud infrastructure providers, authentication services, and the model providers that execute agent runs.

4. Tenant Isolation

Platform data is scoped to the organization that owns it. A request carrying another organization’s identifier is answered as though the object does not exist, so the platform does not disclose what other tenants hold.

5. Data Security

Dyno implements safeguards such as encrypted communications, authenticated API access, encrypted storage of connected-account credentials, and secure storage systems.

6. User Rights

Users may request access or deletion of personal data by contacting Dyno at legal@dynotx.com.
