Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the DynoAgents platform operated by Dyno Therapeutics, Inc. (“Dyno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Agents act autonomously on the systems they are pointed at, so the customer is responsible for what it authorizes them to reach. By using the platform, users agree not to engage in activities that violate applicable laws or these policies.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the platform to:

Act on repositories, workspaces, or systems the customer is not entitled to act on
Access, exfiltrate, or publish credentials, secrets, or personal data the customer has no right to
Develop or distribute malware, or introduce code intended to compromise a system
Circumvent authentication, rate limits, budgets, or tenant isolation, whether Dyno's or a third party's
Generate content that is unlawful, or that harasses or defames any person
Attempt to reverse engineer proprietary systems, or disrupt platform operations

Enforcement

Dyno may suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
